God is calling for His people to come to Him with pure hearts of worship; to love Him with our whole hearts and experience the fullness of His glory. He’s beckoning us to seek His face and worship Him in the beauty of His holiness. The Worship and Arts Ministry of the Ray of Hope Christian Church endeavors to create an atmosphere where the Spirit of God abides and His manifest glory can be seen, heard, experienced, and shared.
We accomplish this through all of the departments of Worship and the Arts: sign language, music, drama, and dance. God’s glory and His Word is translated through each of these facets of the arts so that each person that attends a worship service at the Ray can uniquely experience the power and the glory of God and individually be touched and spoken to through one of these anointed ministries.
Worship is the path that we must travel to find God in all of His glory, majesty, and splendor. It is in the worship experience that a person’s heart is warmed and made pliable to receive the preached Word of God with illuminated revelation. The Ministry of Worship and the Arts desires to prepare a place where men, women, boys, and girls can expect to experience God in all of His wondrous power and be made more receptive to the Word of God. Through this, people and their lives are transformed.
The Word of God is made accessible to the hearing impaired through the Hands of Hope Sign Language ministry. Our worship experience is translated so that no person is left without being able to experience the presence of God and also receive the Word of God. Training classes are available to persons who desire to join this ministry.

The Music Ministry provides wonderful opportunities for adults and children to sing praises to God and serve Him with gladness. We strive for excellence through the proper vocal training and instruction and seek to invoke the presence of God through prayer, times of devotion, and reflection through consistent teaching on worship, praise, and music. We are charged with a great responsibility as we set the atmosphere for God to dwell in the midst of His people.
