I truly thank God for allowing me this opportunity to be a good and faithful servant. The Operations staff and I consider it a honor to operate the business department of the church. We do not take our assignments lightly, for we know that there is a great work for us to do. You can count on us to assist you in any way we can. This ministry consists of servants who have hearts for God. We believe in the old proverb that it takes a village and we will commit to be that village under the great leadership of our pastor.
Operations consist of the following eight departments. Collectively, we serve as a team to manage the affairs of the church.
Accounting
Human Resources & Development
Bookstore Operations
Multimedia
Facility Management
Office Administration
Food Service
Project Management
Effective ministry can only be accomplished when we are organized. Planning is the key element. We work in partnership with ministry leaders by planning ahead of time what needs to be done, how it is to be done, and the resources needed to get things done. It is our responsibility to ensure that the resources available to the church are used effectively in order to fulfill the purpose of the church.
As a staff, we have committed our hearts to the ministry, coupled with a spirit of excellence, and a desire to see the Kingdom of God manifested on earth. God has given us a universal charge: that all men and women, boys and girls are to be saved and come into the knowledge of Jesus Christ. We all have different functions; however, we are all striving to accomplish the same goal - Transforming our world for God because we are “Saved to Serve.”
May God’s Best Be Yours!

"His master replied, 'Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master's happiness!' Matthew 25:21

The purpose of Facilities Management is to provide continual care of God’s House and maintenance of the grounds. Our goal is to provide a clean and comfortable setting, where members and visitors can worship without distraction. In our service to God, we believe that through continuous, routine maintenance, we will keep God’s House in a condition that is pleasing to Him for many years to come.
Facilities Management also provides support to all ministries of the church. This support is provided through the following: room assignments and set-ups, transportation, and security services.
We are always looking for both talented and gifted individuals and those looking to learn a new skill while serving the Lord. You are invited to put your gifts to work in the Facilities Management Department.
