My Dear Sisters!
One of the greatest gifts in life is the ability to see beyond your present state – to dream. I believe God gives every woman a dream. Not the same dream, of course, but a dream that is especially tailored for her talents and God’s purposes. Our truest and deepest dreams are not just figments of our imagination, but our dreams are those God has given in order that we might both fulfill our destiny and bring God the greatest glory. So this year, it’s your time… it’s your season… to dream girls, dream!

The Daughters of Destiny theme for the 2008 ministry year is “Dreamgirlz”. I am convinced that true fulfilment is experienced as you give birth to every dream God has placed inside of you, so that you might live at your fullest potential. Jesus asserts …”I have come that you might have life and have it to the full” (John 10:10). And so I ask, what will become of your dreams? Will you decline them or develop them? Will your pursue them or give birth to them? God is calling us to re-position ourselves. God is calling us to release our limitations. God is calling us to launch out and to live our dreams.

This year, the women’s ministry will provide a variety of opportunities for women of all ages that will encourage and equip you in realizing your destiny and reaching your dreams. Quarterly, we will host “DreamGirlz” Gatherings – “For Sistahs Only”, and invite dream coaches to guide you towards achieving your God-ordained dreams. On April 3rd - 6th we are returning to the beautiful Marriott Bay Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida for our phenomenal Annual Women’s Conference. In July, we will sponsor our Back to School Drive for chronically homeless children in our community. We will also participate in various church-wide/community outreach opportunities throughout the year. I encourage each sister to invite other sisters and join us for these life changing experiences. You are sure to be inspired by the Word, the worship, the fun, and the fellowship.

We are dream catchers… dream makers… dream believers…and dream achievers. God has an awesome destiny with your name on it. Get ready to dream big dreams and achieve great things!
