The following are some exciting activities that are designed especially for young adults between the ages of 20 and 30-something:
Rap Sessions
Join us on the campuses of Spelman and Morehouse on the first Thursday of the month at 7:00 p.m. for College Hill. These rap sessions will enlighten, motivate, and give you the support you need to live a Christ-centered life, while on campus.
Stir up the Gifts - Young Adult Open-Mic Night at Ray of Hope
This is the first event for the Young Adult Ministry that is designed to give everyone a chance to meet and fellowship with each other. We will also have the opportunity to showcase talent within the young adults of the church that will include: music, spoken word, poetry, dance, and freestyle rap.

Young Adult Bible Study
The goal of this Bible Study is to allow you to grow spiritually and allow for ministry and exposure for young adult ministers. This study will be held at Ray of Hope.
• March 14
Young Adults at Piedmont Park - Melissa
This is a social event geared towards bringing young adults together for the Atlanta Jazz Festival at Piedmont Park. This will be a day of food, fun, and games, while listening to jazz in the park.
• May 24
Young Adult Discussion Group: From Dating to Marriage…
(CE Trailer)
This discussion group is geared towards young adults to discuss relationships from dating to marriage. We will have a facilitator and married young adults to share their perspective on marriage and give those who are single insight in that area. This event is different from the norm because it provides those who aspire to be married insight into the ups and downs of marriage as a young adult. Married young adults will have an opportunity to take an active role in the ministry sharing their wisdom and knowledge. .

Young Adult Jump-Off - Stir up the Gifts- Part 2 (Open-Mic Night at Ray of Hope)
Young adults will showcase their talent with others in their age group within the church. The Jump-Off will feature music, spoken word, poetry, dance, and freestyle rap.
• October 24
Young Adult Bible Study (Offsite)
This Bible Study will be led by a young adult pastor, young adult minister, or Ray of Hope minister in training designed especially for young adults. This study will help you grow spiritually and allow for ministry and exposure for young adult ministers.
